I only see patients by appointment. There are no long waits, you choose when you come, and I have more time to help you.
The consultation is in Dutch. You are welcome to bring someone who can translate for you.
Booking an appointment online

- Choose a day and a time.
- Fill in your details and confirm.
You will receive a confirmation by email. You can book online at any time of day, including evenings and weekends.
Booking an appointment by phone
Call 011 12 39 87. You can also do this if online booking does not work or if you do not have an email address.
Before you come
Bring your identity card. If this is your first visit, please also read the page New patients. It explains what you should bring.
If you are coming for a certificate, a form or a repeat prescription, bring the papers you need and check beforehand which medicines are almost finished. You can read more about this on How the practice works.
Are you unable to come?
Cancel your appointment as early as possible. Then someone else can have the time slot.
Urgent and no free time slots?
If you cannot find a time slot online and your question cannot wait, call the practice on 011 12 39 87.
Outside consultation hours, call the GP out-of-hours service in Genk (huisartsenwachtpost Genk) on 089 20 10 90. The page Doctor on call explains how it works.
