# Book an appointment

I only see patients by appointment. There are no long waits, you choose when you come, and I have more time to help you.

## Booking an appointment online

1. Click “Book an appointment”. This takes you to Doctoranytime, the booking website that the practice uses.

2. Choose a day and a time.

3. Fill in your details and confirm.

You will receive a confirmation by email. You can book online at any time of day, including evenings and weekends.

## Booking an appointment by phone

Call [011 12 39 87](tel:+3211123987). You can also do this if online booking does not work or if you do not have an email address.

## Before you come

Bring your identity card. If this is your first visit, please also read the page [New patients](https://www.kinderarts-genk.be/nieuwe-patienten/). It explains what you should bring.

If you are coming for a certificate, a form or a repeat prescription, bring the papers you need and check beforehand which medicines are almost finished. You can read more about this on [How the practice works](https://www.kinderarts-genk.be/praktijkwerking/).

## Are you unable to come?

Cancel your appointment as early as possible. Then someone else can have the time slot.

## Urgent and no free time slots?

If you cannot find a time slot online and your question cannot wait, call the practice on [011 12 39 87](tel:+3211123987).
